About Us

Ashland Pet Sitters (formerly Wind in the Willows Pet Sitting) is owned and operated by a team of professional pet sitters; Sasha and Jamie Isaacs. We live in Ashland, Virginia. We have a true love and appreciation for animals. We have had the pleasure of caring for all types of pets in Ashland and Hanover County, Virginia since 2010.

Sasha Hello! My name is Sasha. I have been a professional pet sitter since 2010, but I have been looking after animals for most of my life. Growing up my family always had many furry friends, I learned from a young age about animals and how to care for them. Being an animal caretaker has taught me to be loving, compassionate, and kind. I truly enjoy connecting with new people and the animals they love. 

Jamie Like my wife, I have been taking care of animals for most of my life. My childhood dog, Penny, was my faithful friend and companion. I am known for my respect for others, thoughtfulness, eye for detail, and a great sense of humor. I have a deep appreciation for the outdoors, I enjoy hiking and fly fishing. I spend my free time with my family, working on our garden, and volunteering in my community. 

We have two daughters Aurora who graduated from UVA and lives in Richmond and Phoebe. We love living in Ashland, Virginia and are grateful to call it our home. We have many friends here and are looking forward to making more
